All of our spa covers are professionally manufactured using specialty vinyl for the cover and energy efficient polystyrene inserts. Each insert is heat-sealed with poly vapor moisture barrier to protect the cover against water absorption. Inhibitors in both the vinyl and thread prevent premature aging of the cover which all adds to a superior product!
